Linda Hoffman Honored with Excellence in Public Service Leadership Award

Linda Hoffmann was recognized by Leadership Medina County at its December 2014 awards ceremony for the Excellence in Public Service Leadership Award. For over three decades, her positive influence on Medina County has been far reaching. Her service to 4H, the Medina County Bar Association, Medina City Council, The People’s Law School and her local church supported the dreams of future leaders, educated citizens about their rights, and provided time, talent, and treasure to be a local agent of change. Her service with the Greater Akron Musical Association led to a collaboration to bring quality music and theater programs to the Medina area and her work with Kiwanis on behalf of local children has evolved over two decades to serve the area’s youngest residents. In presenting the award, Medina County Leadership stated “Hoffmann has been a shining example of a true community leader, inspiring others to become strong, compassionate, and selfless leaders themselves.”
